Absolutely Five star service With a smile! I brought my quite dead key fobs here and Joe was able to fix them literally within five minutes. Super nice gentleman, absolutely professional, answering all the questions of the random people in the store about random products in 10 different aisles.
Quick, inexpensive, efficient, and professional… I wish I had something else to buy because this store would absolutely win my support any day!

Maitland Ace Hardware is amazing! I'm not handy. But today, the water line going into our house sprang a major leak just above the ground; and tomorrow, Hurricane Milton, a historic CAT 5 storm with 180 mph winds hits Florida. I knew I could not expect a plumber to run over and fix our water leak at the last minute.

I had no idea how to fix it; so, Plan "A" for Ace kicked in... I took pictures of the leak. Measured the width of the water line and drove straight over to Ace. Joe, one of the friendly staff, took a look at the pictures and said, "You can do this! We have the perfect system to make the repair fast, easy and permanent."

Then he walked me back to the plumbing Department. He explained I had to cut out the damaged part the pipe and insert a special joining piece. He found the proper size and handed it to me. I told Joe I had no tool to cut the pipe other than a knife. "This is better," Joe said and passed me a small, inexpensive hand saw. He demonstrated how to make the cuts correctly. Then, Joe showed me how insert the repair piece and join the pipe ends together so they would not leak. IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM! Only took me 15 minutes. We turned the water back on (no leaks) and finished our prep for the approaching hurricane. Joe and Maitland Ace Hardware saved us hundreds of $$$. Thank you, Joe, and Maitland Ace Hardware. You guys are great!

Disappointed in lack of customer service today. Man with white beard wasn’t the helpful hardware store that I thought Ace was supposed to be. Curt and not helpful. Left and headed to Millers Hardware where they always are helpful and kind. Just needed a hex L wrench of a certain size.

I visited this location to get paint and to purchase a blower. This has always been my go-to location for Stihl products. I was especially impressed today with their customer service. Both Alex Estremera, in the paint department and Joe Garberg, store manager were very professional and patient, answering multiple questions and going above and beyond to be helpful. Thank you gentlemen.

Nice place I needed a keychain fairly inexpensive and well I got what I needed ..... nice customer service too okay so 7 months ago I posted this review I've gone back several times and one thing I must say I don't know what other people have come across but these guys are super duper nice and the customer service is awesome phenomenaI i went into the store an as soon as I walked in I was asked if I needed any help 10 seconds inside of the store now the reason I'm making a big deal now is because customer service is super duper important it doesn't matter where the store is doesn't matter what the product is it is important that your customer service is top of the line otherwise the rest of the business is going to suffer as it should I went to another Ace hardwood store in the Longwood area my daughter my grandson and myself walked in there ,there were three people behind us all red shirts (employees) not one single person greated us no one no one asked if we needed any help even though clearly we were there looking for something hardware store right I decided to turn around and walk out for excuse me we decided to turn around and walk out as we were walking out the lady at the front desk now mind you she was busy when we first walked in there I don't knock her but by that time it was too late to offer any real assistance we were headed out the door going to a store that appreciates business and we did I went to my neighborhood Ace Hardware Store and that is where the customer service was top of the line I talked to several people there including the assistant manager Mr. Jake Carter I can't I can't remember the name of the young lady that greeted me when I came in the door I think the name begins with J with a hyphen in her name and she was new however she was on top of her game she was the one that had excellent customer service skills needless to say I will continue to patronize this store because they always behave the same way doesn't matter what color you are what shape you are how old you are how young you are none of that matters Mr. Carter the Asst Mgr. let us know that the owner Mr. Toole operates this way always. All I know is they get an A+ + at this point I prefer them over all others and I will refer everyone I can to this store and go out of my way just to go to this particular hardware store because of their strong customer service after all without customers what does any business have. Thank you Mr. Toole and all of the people that work for you ,you run a wonderful business and you have a great business model I wish that it could be copied for all the businesses that lack it and there are many. This ACE Hardware is our go-to Hardware store! They're always friendly and asking if we need assistance. The store is tidy and they carry a little of everything!

I have to say Ace Hardware has been my go to these last few years. This location specifically always great customer service. Today I realized this location also has the ability to fill LP (propane) gas for RVs. Big plus in this area. I didn’t see any pics on the Google listing with propane area so I figured it would good to post one. Im in a 24ft but I could see larger rigs using this location easily.

Very curious visit. Was excited for a quick trip to get some supplies. Instead ended up being ignored from the moment I walked in. No one acknowledged me standing at the paint counter for quite a while. Even though two employees walked past me a couple of times.
I realize they are busy, and was hoping for them to offer to help when they could. Eventually I asked the front cashier for someone to help me in paint.
I was then told by the charming young lady that came: “We were all with customers” Interesting am I not a customer? I completely understand being busy. But simply letting me know, we’ll be right with you, or can we help you? would have been amazing.
Honestly I had a few questions about my supplies I was getting, but felt like I would be inconveniencing them by asking so I’ll try google I guess.
The second star is for carrying the paint I needed!
This sign did make me chuckle a bit while waiting. 🙂
