Overall, we are very pleased with quality work that was done. The guys were total pros. They put down thick plywood over our grass to protect the lawn from equipment damage.

I would love to give 5 stars but the communication was a little lacking.

Still, any landscaping I need in the future.
Touchdown Services will be my first call.

We used Touchdown for the upkeep of my moms condo after she passed until it sold, and they were fabulous!! Everyone I talked to was very nice and upfront with all the pricing and information. They were very quick to respond, which is why we initially chose to work with them. Prices are great and fair. There are multiple options and they will work with you on a schedule. It was so easy to make payments online and they did good work. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with when we were going through such a difficult time. Highly recommend!!

When deciding upon installing a patio in our new construction home we interviewed several companies. It was clear from the start that Tim was more knowledgeable than all of the other companies that we met with. We felt that all of the other companies we met with were all about the sale, whereas Tim seemed to be just as invested in our dream as we were. Fransisco and Abraham were beyond fantastic to work with, these guys are truly outstanding at what they do. I don’t think anyone could have made this process as easy as Touchdown did. We would hands down recommend Touchdown Services. We’ll absolutely be hiring them for any future landscape needs. Our paver patio, pergola, landscape beds, and fire pit look amazing.

We had Touchdown services repair our paver patio. We had numerous sections of brick raising up due to tree roots. What an excellent job they did, two guys worked very efficiently. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. Very pleased, we would definitely recommend them.

We switched to Touchdown for our home landscaping services this year. Anna and Pam in the office are very responsive. Sal does our weekly mowing and maintenance and does a very good job. Our site manager, Ben, came to our home to meet with us to make sure we were satisfied with the services they provide. We arranged two special projects at that time - mulching and brick paver patio work. Ben and his crew of Jesus, Roger, Churro and Rob came at 9:00 a.m. and transformed the outside of our home in one day to something more than we ever anticipated. The patio is now an inviting space in which to spend time. The foliage in the front and back yards is now neat and trimmed and edged and the various plant beds are gorgeous. The premium mulch they laid and their meticulous work made our landscaping look like it came out of a magazine. They were here all day all day and it was apparent they take pride in their work. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you to Ben and the entire Touchdown crew for their hard work and attention to detail. It was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommended.

I hired Touchdown Services at the beginning of the season to cut my grass every two weeks with the request that they bag the back yard. They were relatively on schedule for every other Thursday where they may have been off a day or so due to weather which was acceptable. Notification that they were coming on a set day would have been an improvement in their services.

Touchdown's service was subpar and would meet the needs of one who wants their grass cut, but doesn't care how their property looks. Services were great some days and terrible on others depending on which employee(s) came for service. There were multiple occasions were a section of my yard adjacent to a field was not cut, the back yard at times looked like it was either half bagged or not bagged at all, and my fence and landscaping would have grass clippings strewn throughout without proper cleanup.

I finally decided to cancel further services after the last cut occurred where they again missed a section of my yard, failed to bag the backyard adequately, blew grass clippings all over the vinyl fence, and left the back gate opened. A call to the company to cancel and express my concern was met by "Anna" where she apologized l, but no resolution/recourse was provided or offered other than advising me that "that is unacceptable."

I would not recommend Touchdown Services unless they conduct an overhaul of their services for quality control.

Touchdown has been our go to service for several years now. Mulch, trees, plants, anything else you need, they can do it. They installed an amazing brick patio and fire pit that the neighbors are all jealous of. Their work is unique and well done. We also love the shrub choices Tim suggested for landscaping. Great work from this team! They aim to please!

Ben was super helpful on the phone. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. I was very happy with the work they did. They respected my property while they were there. They got the job done on time, didn't leave a mess, and it looked just like the pictures I was shown. Would recommend and use them again.
