this is a great and easy to walk trail. it was fun learning more about the history of the canyon.
i think this trail is also very interesting for children.
also pretty cool actually seeing stones/rocks which a millions of years old.

this trail leads to rim trail to hermits rest. along the trail you can jump onto the red shuttle bus line.

Trail of Time on the Grand Canyon South Rim takes you through 2 billion years of geological history in something less than a mile. Medallions mark varying time periods, with time intervals getting longer further back in history. Smaller markers in between have a penny, dime, or other coin. The signage provides nice information that connects with the landscape in view. Especially nice are the sample rock samples with polished faces. The trail is wheelchair accessible and paved the entire way. Sometimes the trail has a parallel trail getting walkers closer to the edge of the rim. At points, the trail has overlooks with safety rails while many locations count on common sense to not tumble over the edge. Plenty of people have dogs on the trail. Didn’t see many bikers and can imagine it would be hard to ride the trail with big crowds. Trail mostly level.

Absolutely amazing views with informative plaques and boards to let you know what you’re looking at. I loved the unreal view I experienced at the trail. There are some slightly steep parts but most of it is an easy walk even for people who have slight knee or leg problems. Can’t miss this; it’s an essential part of Grand Canyon’s history.

The Grand Canyon is so beautiful but it's as well the biggest thing I ever saw. It's so big!. And I recommend to go at the view point when it's sunset or sunrise it's so amazing and the photos is very beautiful. If it's many people on a view point you can go to some other nice view point around the canyon and you probably find one you like because it's so many of them. I definitely recommend

I hiked the rim trail with my dog and it was unbelievably beautiful being able to walk on the edge of the canyon. The path is paved and even wheel chair accessible, it is a great trail for all ages to experience! Make sure to bring water! It is smartest to start hiking as early as possible because it was get hot quick.
