We recently hired Transcend Landscaping to install shredded mulch and rock around our yard. It was a big job, 50 yards of mulch and eight tons of rock. Wes' team did an amazing job! Was looking for a quality Landscaper and we got super lucky! Transcend came in and did an AMAZING job with our project! Kept them busy for around 3 weeks, and Williams and Christian killed it for Wes! Was a large, overlaping project that they kept up with and it looks amazing! These days it can be really hard to find people who take pride in their quality of work. Wes is one of those people. He helped us transform our post fire dirt lot into a hardscaped oasis. We hired Transcend to lay sod and install an sprinkler system, they were supposed to reprogram our sprinklers and fix a leak, we have been calling and texting for two weeks and we cannot get a call back or anyone to come out and fix the problems, the work is supposed to guaranteed but we haven't seen it, they got their money now they just ignore us. We have dead spots Wes said he would replace, that hasn't happened either, we have a drip system for our bushes out front and they cut the wires to it, if I hadn't notice how dry the plants were, we would have lost them, I had to hand water them, all in all we are very disappointed in the way they treat their customers. We have been calling for two weeks to have Wes come fix our problems with no response, he says he paid for some of our plants, wrong, he paid for one because his crew planted it with the root bulb above ground and it died, our sprinkles still don't function properly and we still have a water leak, my husband called Wes this morning and he called back and said because of my review he wasn't going to do anything and for us to hire someone else, so much for his word or guarantee, and we still have dead sod he said he would replace, I guess we are on our own, Thanks Transcend. We ended up calling another company who in one day fixed our major water leak, but unfortunately we still have dead sod and transcend will do nothing about it, they talk a great deal and guarantee, but they mean nothing.
