Reached out to this wonderful establishment , told them the vision of what I wanted done , Tim made sure it was taken care of , called me made a install date and came out on time and did an absolutely amazing job on our palm tree install , tree removal and relocating of a mangolia tree! Cleaned up any mess they made . Recommend them 100 percent! Support local! 🌴❤️

"Support local businesses" what was I thought I was doing. Getting cheating is what actually happened.

I went in and asked the young slim gal for some Jasmine. I told her I had built a trellis and wanted them to climb up over our seating area in the back yard so I needed climbing Jasmine. I also said that having daytime and nighttime blooming plants would be nice.
She gave me two Jasmine bush-looking plants. I asked if they could be trained to climb the trellis and she said yes.
So between those and a blueberry bush, I spent $78.

A week later, visiting a business across town, they had a trellis with Jasmine growing on it. I walked over and their climbing Jasmine looked nothing like what I had.

I took photos of mine and went back to Traveling Trees, a slim middle aged woman approached me. I showed her the photos of the Jasmine at the business as well as the two that the young girl had some me.
She said "Oh, those are the wrong ones. They will never grow up a trellis." She took me over to some other Jasmine and said "This is what you need. She sold you the wrong Jasmine."

I said, "Well, I can bring back the other two and get this. That would be great."
She said "They don't do that."
I'm not sure who "they" are since she worked for Traveling Trees, so it should have been "we" but I pressed on: "How about a credit for the ones I'm going to throw away because they are useless to me."
"They don't do that." She said again. Perhaps it made her feel better to say "they" instead of "we". Either way, then she had the gall to say "How many of these do you want?"

After selling me $45 worth of useless to me plants that "they" admitted were the wrong one, "she" expected me to pay another $45?

No, Traveling Trees. Since your customer service is "ZERO", that's how much money I will spend at your establishment from now on.

By the way- they have climbing Jasmine at Costco for $19 and they have a GREAT return policy.

Can not say enough about Tim and Marvin. So incredible planting all of our new trees. They look stunning. Will use them again to help with some other plants that need replacing. Appreciate you!!

I will start off by saying this entity gets busy, and you may need to stay on top of them and follow up.

That aside, lets get to the details:
I got recommended to them by my neighbor when I asked who was it that installed his trees a few days back.

Upon following up a man came to my home and gave me insight. Looked at what my property looked like and answered my questions on some other trees I was debating with. I wanted color in the back, but something more appealing and relaxing in the front. All while staying within the "HOA" guidelines.

I had to have 3 Oak trees removed, they were in the ground no more than 2 years. The trees themselves were obviously more than 2 years old. I had someone whom was going to do this, but the "root ball" had to be confirmed removed completely for them to assure my install was correct and covered. The price quoted included the removal.

I bought a Tri-Foxtail (three-stem specimen). The Foxtail Triple looks great. There was an upgraded option just under $900 but not seeing it in person I couldn't justify it. Plus I will be here most likely 30 years so this boy will be big by then, and I like to watch them grow.

I bought a yellow trumpet, a pink trumpet tree (Tabebuia), and a Lemon Tree.

When the guy came out he assured me my HOA, and permit would be taken care of for the removal of the Oak trees and for install of the new ones (mainly the Front one).

Moving forward 1 week later. 2 guys showed up. Supper friendly, smiling, etc... Also while they were here, Code Enforcement showed up oddly enough. Asked me about the removal of the trees and if I pulled a permit. Howey in the Hills is a very small town, and I informed him I was told Traveling Trees would of done this. I am assuming they did as nothing came back to me since then 3 days ago. They re-routed my irrigation to the back where the new trees were placed outlining my back property line, and future proofed it too so pool install wont be a problem either. The moved our Money tree (Guiana Chestnut) as it wouldn't work where the Tabebuia would be at, and the Lemon tree in the middle giving perfect color and appealing look. The following day they had to bring more soil as the front tree roots were Much Bigger than projected.

No trash left behind, and based on what I found for the trees I wanted and the size they were installing, I couldn't complain at all. Very reasonable for install and removal. The guy that came out the install day to dig the irrigation was very friendly, and we talked a bit. I normally don't share things but I felt very confident and comfortable with everything. The first guy was the sales and his phone rang almost non stop. The guys removing the trees and installing were friendly and very positive. Almost like they enjoyed their job which is refreshing these days.

All in all I totally would recommend this company. I would definitely come here again for tree items.

If you are paying by card, you will have to go to the store to do this. Otherwise they take check on-site (at home). I look forward to going to the store this weekend if open.

We were pleasantly surprised at the prices and options presented to us. They also had a cute boutique shop on property, which is great for unique gifts with reasonable prices. They were very friendly and didn't pressure us to buy anything, instead were honest and didn't try to push our budget.
We planted the tree right away, but will probably go back to find flowers for our Boot and Hat pot.
Love the place and will go back for our landscape shopping.

Traveling Trees did an excellent job landscaping the front of my new home. They were reasonably priced, worked very neatly and gave me more than I expected. What more can you ask for? I highly reccomend them!!! Will be using them for my backyard landscaping too.
