As an apple enthusiast, their massive selection was the first draw for me. After raising 3 trees from this company, I'm extremely pleased. One tree literally doubled in size in its first summer, planted that spring! On one hand I appreciate anyone working to preserve and propagate heritage apple varieties, on the other I love buying plants in excellent health with zero issues. My mom even bought me a Niedzwetzkyana apple for my last birthday and it's absolutely beautiful. Definitely recommend.

Trees of Antiquity was recommended by a friend who has used them to plant their new apple orchard. We recently purchased 15 bare root fruit trees and the service and quality is great. Very responsive to questions and order logistics. We received tracking information and the order was received in the timeframe specified. The website has a wealth of resources to help us be successful for planting and tree care.

I ordered four persimmon trees (wanted more but they were sold out) and they were delivered to a property (gated) we own late in the afternoon. The next morning they were gone. I called to re-order since it was my fault for not picking them up that evening and putting them somewhere safe. Customer service sympathized and offered to replace the trees at 1/2 cost. I was not at all expecting that and was very pleased and impressed. The next day, my neighbor came by with the trees saying he saw them outside the gate and did not want them stolen so I was able to cancel the order but still appreciate the support!

I ordered 7 trees in 2022, and several raspberry bushes. I discovered Trees of Antiquity a little too late in the spring, so many of the fruit tree varieties were already sold out, but there was still an amazing and unique selection to choose from! The order was shipped very quickly, and arrived in perfect order.

I really appreciate that Trees of Antiquity ends their shipping season when it is no longer optimal to plant fruit trees. A lot of big box stores and nurseries will sell trees at any time, not caring about the chance of success and survival, so I really appreciate the caring approach that Trees of Antiquity takes. There is also a TON of useful information on their site!

I can’t wait for the 2023 pre-order season to open this summer; I will definitely be placing more orders. I couldn’t be more impressed!

I've ordered from almost every online source and this has been the best quality of any of them. I'm glad I spent the money when I did because they have literally been sold out of everything. Had some unique fruit trees and out of about 20 trees,18 survived the first 12 months which has been pretty good for me. The growth rate for them is great and they look happy and healthy. Just wish they had more so I could replace the ones I lost

I just received a Morgan apple tree and my experience with Trees of Antiquity was way better than any other nursery I have dealt with. This tree is absolutely beautiful! I have a very good nursery here in town and have bought several bare roots over the years but none of them compare to this tree! The staff were really helpful. I am so grateful I ordered from you.

I ordered more trees, and my second purchase arrived in early January and i planted them around the middle of January. Today is March 16th, so they've been in the ground less than 3 months and all have broke bud. One of the Pluots even has flowers. Another perfect batch of trees.
The trees from my previous order are thriving and have reached an appropriate size to let them fruit this year.

I bought about 35 trees last winter from several different online nurseries. The trees i bought from Trees of Antiquity were by far the best of them all. They all woke up and absolutely thrived. I regret the trees i bought from other nurseries, as they weren't nearly as well pruned and the roots weren't as healthy. I won't be buying from anywhere else from from this point on.

I cannot thank you enough, from the bottom of my heart, for the absolutely outstanding condition and size of the 4 trees (3 apples and a nectarine) that I just received. I seriously had tears of joy. I only now wish I would've ordered 5 more! Last year I purchased several heirloom apple trees from an "Heirloom only" nursery here in Michigan. I waited anxiously until the thaw for my order to arrive. When my order was ready- I paid over $250 for 8 trees, only 2 of which were part of my order. They were 12" tall, though they said they'd be 4-5 feet. They were the crummiest, tiniest, shouldn't even qualify as whip status things I've ever seen. This is what I feared mail order tree nurseries would all be like for things other than commercial trees. Boy was I wrong. I just cannot get over how robust my trees are, and so healthy. Be proud of what you do- this is how smallholder's dreams come true:)
