Would give zero stars if possible. Tresp is unethical and unprofessional in their client counsel. They took advantage of elderly non-native English speakers (my parents) while working on their estate plan. We were only informed that professional translation of hundreds of pages of documents would be required AFTER we paid our fee. This amounts to thousands of dollars that we didn't account for. Later they reneged on providing a refund for shoddy, incomplete work on our estate plan after telling us in writing that they could provide a refund so that we could seek alternate counsel (see attached). I have entered into fee arbitration with San Diego County Bar Association in an attempt to get my money back.

Advertises categories with Google Local services they have no intention of handling, when you reach out instead of giving you a referral if its outside something they can do (even though they bought the category) gives you a generic response telling you to reach out to the Bar referral service.

Waste of time and frankly a waste of their own advertising budget.

I retained Ms. Tresp as a replacement for existing attorneys due to some complications with them. I can only say that I wish I had found her earlier!! The matter involved my Aunt's Trust and a feud between two beneficiaries as to which would receive disbursements. Being unable to get the prior attorney to "move" it along, among other concerns, Ms. Tresp was a fantastic relief. Her fees are very, very reasonable and appropriate, and to tell the truth, I was happy to pay them because she immediately did what was necessary. My hat is off to her and her entire firm - kudos!
