Tri-Valley Landscaping is REALLY “A Cut Above The Rest!”

We are new residents to Robson Ranch, having purchased a new home. We set our landscaping to be a 3-stage project. Stage 1 was completed by Groundhog Landscaping, owned by Pepe Barbarosa. He did a good job, BUT when it came to getting him to start Stage 2 he was nothing but a disappointment.

Sadly we finally had to fire Pepe as the delays to get started were ridiculous. We endured 5 months of missed appointments; his coming over no less than 3 times to map out the extended patio with his foot, and saying he give us a CAD drawing in a couple of days, which never happened; and then asking for a 2+ month delay because it was just too hot to work outside digging dirt. Isn’t that what landscapers do? Hmmm, a line to put me off I think. After all I saw his crews out and about when he said it was “too hot”….hmmm.

I figure our stage 2 project, a water feature and extended patio, was either not a big enough project for Pepe to want to do, or maybe too complex with the water feature….? Who knows.

Enter Dominick with Tri-Valley Landscaping. He actually arrived on time for our appointment! Nice to see he valued our time as much as his! We got a quote within the stated time frame, and professionally presented in writing with details. Not a hasty email, and no drawing out the design by foot 3 times before sending a half-baked email with 2 lines.

The crew arrived as planned and were incredible. Arturo, the supervisor was amazing. Knowledgeable, a great problem solver and quick to respond when called. WOW!! He knows a thing or two about customer service and collaboration to seek a mutual understanding and satisfaction. He always presented ideas for us to consider and it really helped.

The crew were polite and really worked hard throughout the day. No one shirked their duties. And they cleaned up everything, including their empty drink cans. Ni had to cleanup a few of those with the Stage 1 company…

And lastly, Tri-Valley’s pricing was comparable to Gopher / Pepe, but FAR MORE professional and pleasant service was received.

We will definitely be using Tri-Valley Landscaping again next season for Stage 3, the outdoor kitchen.

Dominick runs an exemplary service and we highly recommend him for your landscaping needs.

I'm completely satisfied with the landscaping done at my house. They installed irrigation, block walls, gates, pavers, and of course, plants and rock. They also added mounds and a lake bed.

Everyone was friendly and professional throughout the entire process. The prices were very reasonable.
