The staff is usually helpful but I will never rent equipment here. It doesn’t seem well maintained and when I mentioned an important safety item that needs repaired I was told it has always been that way. The well intentioned comment was met with total disregard by the manager. Very unfortunate as I try to support local as much as I can.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed to complete some work in a neighboring community which involved some rental equipment. They were very helpful in getting things sorted out so that the job was complete on time. This is a small community so having this service here, rather than having to haul out of Denver, is very helpful.

The staff are exceptional. Always friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of items on hand. If I can get it here instead of going to parker, I definitely do. Customer service is great always.

Brandon the owner has got to have some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had.
I’ve spent over $10,000 renting equipment from here just to get told I can no longer rent cause I didn’t want to replace a tire on the trailer that blew 15 minutes after renting it.
Previously I have had 4-5 trailer blowouts with there equipment because there trailers come with cheap tires that are know to explode. (You can find it online there called explode tires) in the past I spent anywhere from $180-$220 replacing these tires plus losing hrs of rental time due to the inconvenience.
Since I refused to replace a 6th tire when they have 10 spares out back Brandon says my business is not welcomed anymore.

I was one of the only customers to wash the equipment inside and out spending $30 to make sure the machine and trailer is clean for the next customer. Also fixed broken wires with my Own time and money from having a trailer blowout rip wires.
Also made sure it was full on fuel every time!

The owner should re-evaluate Brandon as he is losing tru-value valuable customers.

True Value in Elizabeth... what a bummer. I have accepted their prices and their short hours I get why, but after rounding up 8 small but awkward items I arrive at checkout. I am alone at the register along with the cashier, I smile and set my items down and say "hello". Nothing.... "47.10" she says, and I pay with a card. My receipt is handed to me without a word and I begin stuffing my pockets and trying to get all 8 items rounded up and secure. When I was ready to go I looked at the cashier who was looking off in the distance and I said," boy I sure could have used a bag". Quick and snappy comes "you should have asked", wow is all I can say and this TV is a 5 star store with a kick in the teeth on your way out.

Everyone is helpful except the young girl who is a cashier. I came in to exchange staples for our Dewalt stapler. I was confused about the exchange and after the manager made me understand she had the nerve to look and talk to me like I was dumb! Her customer service skills are next to none, maybe she should be educated on customer service and what it entails!

This place has the most knowledge people, best selection and reasonable prices. Every time I go in, I'm met with a smile. I love that they are part of our town!

The people are real friendly, it's a pleasure dealing with them. The only drawback to this store is their high prices. Maybe they can't control that, as it is a specialty store in a small town, but the fact remains...
