Hi, was just in your store for the first time, young lady at the front desk was super sweet and professional. When I got to the sales associate I explained it was my first time, he seemed like he was going to be helpful but then ended up making me feel like I was an intrusion. Don't know his name because he never told us, but if you are looking at the row of associates he was on the far left. When we got home we also noticed that we were one pre-rolled short. You may want to look on the floor it may have rolled off as we bought 15 of them. Just was hoping that the experience would have been more fun. Oh well at least product is good. Thanks.

Some of the staff is Great ? and some curly short hair he is the rudest ever! Bring all that personal stuff and poor customer service attitude to this place and our community is not acceptable! I was treated the rudest ever at this dispensary I've been to plenty in Arizona over the years. I DID DEAL WITH A MANAGER TODAY SHE WAS GREAT BUT THE REST WEED THEM OUT!

Why don’t you notify customers when an order is being substituted? This is the second time in a row my order has been changed without any heads up before I get there. I just waited in the online order lobby for over 30 minutes just to find out you don’t have what I want. And if items aren’t available then are they still listed on the site, and why am I able to add them to my cart? Very frustrating.

This company always comes through for me. I tell you what they treated me just as like I was an old friend who they knew very well. I’ve used this company in Florida for quite some time, to find it out here in Arizona was awesome! Good stuff! ?
