Turfworks was the most incredible team from design through to execution. Tim during the design and planning phase made all our dreams and wishes within our budget possible. Greg and the exceptional work crew showed up and got it all done to plan and in an incredibly productive timeline. We could not be more happy with the turnout of our yard, which was redone from below grade level (drainage) all the way up with lighting, irrigation, a small expanded fence line, and the most perfect plants and finishes by them. We’re located in Napa and wish we had another yard to redo. They are the best in the business, and maybe the best contractors we’ve ever worked with!

Greg and his crew then made the design come alive. Greg and his crew worked tirelessly to provide us with a beautiful landscape and a wonderful outdoor kitchen that made our backyard a real showpiece. The Turfworks Landscape crew was always on time, and then worked continuously until the project was done. Greg Anderson‘s intimate knowledge of plantings and irrigation systems provided us with a fabulous backyard that requires very little effort to maintain. We were also impressed with Greg‘s integrity, honesty, and professionalism. Turfworks Landscaping built an amazing outdoor space for which we are grateful every time we lay eyes on it.

As you can see in our before pictures, our backyard was struggling to be something. I had multiple contractors come out and give various ideas and quotes. Some too low for my comfort with the amount of work we were wanting. I am glad I stuck with my gut and went with Tim and Greg due to the details given for what would work best for what we wanted, very thorough and professional. We have spent so much time in our new backyard already and couldn't be any more thankful, grateful, and pleased with the work! The dogs are also loving their personal space!!!!! Which prior to, was not fenced off. Highly recommend these guys and will be using them again for future yard renovations.

Communication was consistent and Greg was available for questions about types of pavers and retaining wall materials. The crew were punctual and very focused on completing various sections and with attention to detail everyday.

We were so happy with the pool deck that Greg and his team did for us that we asked them to come back to finish the rest of our landscaping. Turfworks redid our backyard last July from lawn to watersaving landscaping. We are saving on our water bill and it looks nice. The work crews were excellent and worked very hard, were on time and were very organized and neat while stripping our large backyard and putting in new plants, some grass, bark, raised garden boxes, pathways and new concrete. My main complaint was the designer who didn't communicate with us after the initial meeting until just 3 days before the crews were do to start so we had no idea what the plants looked like or what colors they were going to be. I called and he sent a set over by e-mail and had no idea what they were. The two butterfly bushes I really wanted to see out my back window were put behind our fruit trees so I can't see them at all. Also they did not put down weed resistant covering as they said the back would keep weeds out which trust me it does NOT. We are weeding everyday so easy maintenance it is not. It does look nice and it does take less water than our old grass. Overall we like it and it looks nice and the crew was awesome. I would recommend them as long as you know what plants and colors you want and not be a novice about plants.
