If I could give zero stars I would. Gary has refused to refund our deposit. We cancelled our plans well within the time frame he gave us. He has given us the runaround for months now. Promising to give us our substantial deposit back but has misappropriated the funds. We must now get a lawyer to handle the ordeal. Costing us all more money. Very disappointing.

I connected with Gary and Universal Drafting Designs to perform a site visit at a commercial space to collect dimensions for use in creating As-Built documents. We were behind schedule, and Gary stepped in and quickly deciphered our needs. He was flexible in scheduling and provided excellent field data under a tight deadline. It's been amazing working with Gary! He's a top professional in the area, was able to fit me in his busy schedule to help with my ADU garage conversion. Gary walked me through the permit process and I got my plans approved on the first submission without any corrections which saved me a lot of time. He stays up to date with City of Redding code and this proves his expertise. He was also very patient with my lack of experience. He answered all my questions, was always available and very responsive. I had a change of plans last minute and and although he's busy, he worked after hours to get my plans revised and sent to me before the end of the day. I am thankful for all his help and support.
