Jenna and Nicole are floral geniuses! They created the most beautiful arrangements for an event at my business and all I had to do was give them my brand colors and just asked for them to do what they do best! And WOW they achieved that and then some. And they also will continue to give us joy at our space since they are going to last awhile. If you need an arrangement this is where you need to go!

Terrible experience! Undependable and rude owner! The first time I walked into the shop, the two staff ignored me completely despite the fact that there were no other customers in the shop. That should have been my signal to go elsewhere.

I was interested in purchasing a dried floral arrangement for my own vase. The entire process was unprofessional. I left my vase with the shop after discussing my desired flower colors in detail. No notes were taken by the staff. I was told that the store would text me for inspiration photos and photos of my home to help them design the arrangement. I called the shop 3 times before receiving a text from them,

After texting my photos, I again heard nothing back from the shop. When I finally received photos of the proposed floral design it looked absolutely nothing like the inspiration photo I had sent. The owner Jenna replied that they would get back to me the following week. When I did not receive word back from Vagabond again, I called them and was told that they were waiting for new florals. After hearing nothing back from the store, I called and asked Jenna when the new florals would be put into my vase. Jenna stated rudely that it with be another 3 weeks because she was prioritizing arrangements for Thanksgiving despite the fact that I had given her my vase on November 7. When I expressed my dismay about the poor communication and customer experience, Jenna became defensive, shouting that she was the owner of the shop and posturing that the original designs from Vagabound were “excellent” representations of the inspiration
Photo I had provided.

You be the judge- the deeper colored floral arrangement is the inspiration photo sent to Vagabond, The other two hideous arrangements were the shop’s attempt to replicate the inspiration photo. Save yourself time and unnecessary frustration by AVOIDING this place!

Loved this place. We happened upon it while walking through the cute La Grange neighborhood. After stopping in just to look around, I found that we could choose succulents and the associate would plant them in a pot we selected. So fun! They had a great selection of plants and flowers for arrangements. I highly recommend you stop by when you’re in La Grange.

I ordered a succulent arrangement from this talented team last week. Not only was the completed arrangement beautiful, but they were incredibly kind and so easy to work with in making sure it would be delivered to my family member who was in the hospital in the timeframe needed. Will definitely be ordering from them again!

Decided to check out this location and was pleasantly impressed. The owner is so friendly, as are the others. They will repot the plant very nicely for you and it’s a great idea for a gift! Had a wonderful experience here and I will be going back

I was in this shop last week and while it is a pretty shop, the staff comes off as very indifferent. I almost didn't want to ask a question as I felt I was being a burden to them. They were very unengaging. It seems to me that if you want customers to stop in you need to make them feel welcomed. They were expensive as well. You can buy most of these plants at Home Depot or online for far less.
