The Ven team was wonderful to work with! They helped us redesign our kitchen and second floor space (second floor work has yet to be completed), and worked with us constantly throughout the process as new ideas/changes came to us. They invested their time to walk through our project on site multiple times, provided us with ideas for how our space could work, and helped with all the things we didn’t know, as it was our first time managing a big home renovation. They also were able to provide great recommendations for a general contractor, who we ended up going with for our construction. We recommend the Ven team, they worked with us through the contracting process, were super flexible in their approach, and accommodate our ever-evolving needs. We completed our kitchen last May and have loved it and hope to complete the second floor soon. They were a true partner in our project. I've shared a before and after picture of our project.

If I could give Ven more than 5 stars, I would. Hiring them for our project was probably the best project decision we made. They facilitated the process from start to finish - we had a clear vision of what we wanted, and they listened and produced the architectural plans that were what we wanted, or even better than we imagined. We love the new space, the windows, the light, and the functionality of our upstairs addition! We loved that they facilitated contract negotiations and provided construction admin services - it's too stressful for a lay-person to worry about the contractor's work and if they are meeting the design specs - having Ven do this for us was a huge relief and a good use of our project budget (they likely even saved us money by helping to catch issues as they arose, rather than expensive fixes needed down the road). Nusheen and Justin were kind, responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We have another project phase coming up and I look forward to working with Ven again in the future. They are awesome!

As a repeat client of Ven Studio's, we cannot thank them enough for all of their help! From the initial consultation to the delivery of the drawings and after, they were incredibly professional, responsive and knowledgable, not mention super friendly!

They helped us us tremendously in obtaining our PG County Use and Occupancy permit which was a tall order, and they knocked it out of the park!!

We cannot express how amazing our experience with Ven Studio has been. While remodeling and updating our 1960's split level was a dream, we never thought it could be a reality. Kylie and Justin listened to us, really took into account how we lived, and even planned for us to grow into the space. They took all of our internal wishes and were able to draw it to life. Kylie's ability to understand our style and strike the right tone was incredible. Justin's eye for the possibility of the space was amazing. They even gave us a plan of how to phase our remodeling projects (to save our sanity) and how best to plan for costs. Having never worked with a design and architect firm, we couldn't have been happier. They are a dynamic and fantastic team, we cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Ven Studio!

We would highly recommend Ven Studio! Justin and Kylie are excellent architects. They helped us solve a permitting problem with our garage conversion. They were thorough and timely with their drawings and they are extremely responsive. For our next remodel we will definitely use them again.
