Villa did an absolutely incredible job! Our backyard was an overgrown nightmare (see photos). Matthew came out to give a free estimate, which ended up being lower than quotes from other companies. He was conscientious and responsive. I asked him and his team to remove everything for a clean slate, and they did exactly what I asked for. The hard-working team was efficient, quick, and went above and beyond ensuring the yard was completely debris-free. I am so pleased with the results and plan to continue using their maintenance services. I highly recommend Villa!

Matthew, Daniel and crew are so great! I have had them back to my home many times to do property maintenance and cleanup around my home. They pressure washed my deck and sidewalks. They cutdown a huge overgrowth of weeds next to my garage. They just did a big fall cleanup. My home never looked so beautiful! I really count on Villa Property Maintenance. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend. Matthew and team were great to work with during our aeration, overseeding and soil amendment services. Matthew was quick to respond to all my emails and texts, and happy to provide guidance on the best combination of services to bring our lawn back to life.
