Called and left a message. They finally got back to me over a week later. Over the phone I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday to meet for an estimate for my backyard project. They were supposed to show up at 9 a.m., which came and went and no one ever showed. I called back and left a message wondering if the appointment was still on, but no one called back and no one ever came. I wasted my entire day off waiting for these guys. Crazy way to run a business. Would give zero Stars if I could.

One of the best landscaping companies I've ever hired. David's crew installed a new drip system and removed dead and overgrown plants and shrubs. They did a beautiful job pruning a large, neglected Palo Verde tree that I was very particular about. The guys were professional, pleasant and their prices were fair. I highly recommend them and I'll use them again.

Vivid Landscape did a wonderful job. They were responsive and on top of the job. I removed the grass in the backyard and replaced it with pavers. It turned out beautifully. Very happy with their service and work! David was friendly and easy to work with.

I would give zero stars if I could. Try to use them for monthly service but they only came when I asked. Didnt come for 6 weeks then ignored when emails. The work they did was fine, but customer service is a joke. Find someone else

This company does the landscaping at my place of employment and I am in need of landscaping service at my home. I called a week and a half ago to get pricing and a time when they could start. They have yet to get back to me and when I called a few days ago to follow up no one answers all I get is voicemail. Maybe they are too busy for new clients.

They are passive aggressive, dishonest, and don't really act like they need your business or not, very disappointed in their quality of work.
