Our backyard used to have a huge patch of either creeping Charlie or henbit that we did not address for at least 4 years. And we thought we were going to have to re-sod. After just three treatments by the Weed Man, we see a major improvement!! The patch is gone! It is enjoyable to mow the lawn and sit in the backyard now (before and after photos below). Edit: it has been almost a year now, we are about to enter spring and the grass is doing way better than before!!

I am pleased with the high level of customer service. I had a question about my service after I confirmed my account online, and when I called, I was immediately connected to Alan who was pleasant, professional, and provided the information I was looking for. Great customer service goes a long way!

Being genuinely caring person, she put extra efforts to accommodate my requests and conveyed my inquiries regarding fertilizer applications and competitive quotes to higher up supervisory levels. Had to call back because the 1st person I spoke to disconnected the call after getting my name to tell me that she was having technical issues & that I would need to call back. I tried to ask her if she meant to wait to call back or to call back to speak w/ someone else, but she hung up. I decided to call right back & got Brooklyn. The 5 stars are for her. The 1st person seemed in a hurry to disconnect. It definitely wasn’t a company phone issue since Brooklyn was willing & able to help me.

Very dissatisfied with them trying to sell me. When they came to my door, I told them they could give me a quote, but that is it. After getting 2 calls a day (and not once leaving a quote), I finally answered the call. I politely told the guy that I was willing to get a quote only, but was not interested in being "sold". He tells me it would not be justified as then I am not just price shopping. YES! That is exactly what I am doing! I don't want the sales speech, just the facts! I guess they feel I am too stupid to figure it out for myself. Well, now they won't even get a hat in the ring!

I have been using Weed Man for four years now. My lawn has improved every year and I now have a weed free lawn and lush grass. I recently got a dog and added the mosquito/tick spray service. So far, it has been great and I look forward to a comfortable outside summer!

"All I can say is OMG what a difference a phone call made." I called Weed Man
in May because our yard and lawn was infested with weeds and crabgrass terribly and got their service and now it is July and our lawn looks like a golf course and has 0 weeds or crab grass and is healthy and beautiful again. All of the representatives I talked to are nice, knowledgeable, and a joy to speak with, and the technicians who apply the weed lawn services are awesome. I would recommend anyone with out of control weeds to call Weed Man and not try to get rid of them yourself. Thank you again, Weed Man!
