I like their work and others must also, because they usually have a 7-10 day wait. My Husky lawnmower has a Honda engine and it’s carburetor got cranky. Needed an overhaul anyway. They ended up installing a new carb, air filter, spark plug, starter pull cable, deadman throttle cable, new blade. It’s happy as a clam again.

They’re not the cheapest in town, but I’m at that stage in life where I will pay more to get it done right. Now my pressure washer needs a tune-up. Guess where I’m taking it?

Tragically bad service and a rip off they had my mower for months and months they couldn’t fix it. They wanted to give me a broken mower back and still charged me $80.

After poor service at a different dealer, I came to Western and really appreciated, the time and care I received. Friendly, professional, large inventory, down home. It's a longer drive for me, but I refuse to do business with companies that make me feel unvalued, so I enjoy the drive and the people at Western.

So, in need of a stronger weed trimer, I went shopping for info. First the web, you-tube and friends. All points pointed to STIHL or Husky. I have a Husky for my lawn and its perfect, no complaints but I needed a stronger unit for some brush and field work. So, I went to Western Chain Saw to learn more. I met John at the counter and told him I was just there for info. not to buy. John then spent the next half hour with me answering every question I had, even the dumb ones without any pressure for a sale but giving info so I could make a better choice. I was back a week later ready to purchase my new Stihl weed eater. John once again set me up with all the info I needed to know about the care and feeding of this new tool. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with John and I highly recommend Western Chain Saw as the first place to shop. This is the only review I have ever submitted on-line ever, I felt that good about doing business with them. Best in town!
