Like some of the other reviewers below, I wish I could give stars.

I have worked in the construction field for 8 years, and my husband has been in the industry since he was 16 and we have never dealt with someone who is so unprofessional and unresponsive as Patrick.

We took a recommendation and used Patrick for our drafting services to start drawing our house plans. We began the process back in Jan/Feb and here we are in September with no house plans finished. We paid him our $500 deposit on May 2nd. He never gave a contract or any type of receipt of payment, which is not normal in this industry. Since June, we have been trying to get in touch with Patrick regarding elevation options he was supposed to send over after a meeting in June. He never sent them. It took 2 months of trying to contact him with countless emails and having to have another builder reach out to him regarding the situation, for him to respond again saying “I will send them here shortly.”. He still has never sent the elevations and has not answered any email, call, or text for a month now. We should not have to go through this much of a headache to chase someone down when we are paying them for a service. We will be taking our money and our project to another company who is professional and highly rated.

We will never use Patrick or his services again. We will never recommend this company. Unfortunately, we took a recommendation and used him, but what a mistake that was. We fell victim to his scam. Our situation is not a first time occurrence either. If you read the reviews below, you will see that based on what others have said, he has done this to MULTIPLE people. When will it end? We were almost to the finish line with our plans, but thanks to Patrick, we are now $500 less, and are going to have to start over with another company.

We gave Patrick Williams a $500.00 deposit 8 months ago to draw our house plans, and now conclude that we will never see those plans.
Patrick never gave us the option of having a contract …said he needed the cash so as to keep it off his books and can give us a little better price. He knew he’d never follow through with these, and that we’d never pursue justice in small claims court, because it would cost us more than the $500.00 that we want returned to us.
It was all a new process for us, and we did not realize that contracts for draftsman was standard practice anyway.
Throughout the process of attempting to obtain drawings, we wasted multiple trips into Ocala discussing details that had been already discussed the previous session.
Complete chaos and disorganization.
He locks himself in his office and refuses to answer e- mails, text messages or return telephone calls.
He will blatantly lie to you about a pick up date for drawings.
He will eventually set up a pick up date for drawings, but will again lie because he simply cannot be honest and look you in the eye with his version of the truth as to why you will not see your drawings.
We will be the people that you see driving around town with the sign on their car stating that Patrick Williams with Williams Drafting is a crook!
Look at his other reviews, we wish that we had prior to contacting Patrick.

Mr. Williams is a joke!!! Paid him $650.00 for a room renovation plan.
Won't answer the phone or return calls. I've sat at his office and watched him sneak into his office and lock the door. Do not use this guy.

I wouldn't even rate him as a 1, but didn't have a choice! Acts like he knows it all, blames everyone for not getting drawing done for engineer! I've been waiting 3 months!!! Ive even tried calling and texting, with absolutely NO response just like my builder has! He's a joke! Told my builder to look for someone who takes their job seriously!

I used him years ago and everything was great. I tried to get a hold of him last year and he blew me off twice by making up lame excuses for why he couldn't make it. Then after that he would not answer or return my phone calls for a year, and he was never in his office. Last year I decided to try to call him and he called me back, actually come out to my house to discuss the job. And once again I can't get a hold of him and he won't return my calls, it's been since October of 2018. So no I would not recommend this guy to nobody.

Owner is unprofessional and will ignore your call. Gave him a deposit but was ignored afterwards when I called the office. Went with homes drafting service and they were awesome. Shop around just don’t go with this guy.

Never answered the phone and never called back when I left a message, they made me lose my time. One I time I was at the office and one of the workers needed to pick up their son from school and they told me, "Wait for me I'm coming back." I waited for more than an hour and when they came back, they went inside the office, and locked the door, leaving me outside, and not answering the office phone. I dont recommend these people for anyone.
