We had a good experience with Pulte except that the builder was NOT AT ALL willing to work with us to add a sprinkler system in our home as it was being built. We were told that if we did it after all of our warranties would be voided. The cost during construction was $3,000 after construction the cost was $12,000. This did not include cost of wall and ceiling repair!!! Also it would have greatly reduced our insurance rate!

Not a fan of Johana. Terrible communication. We were ready to sign and reached out the day after Christmas. We didn’t get a reply until 1/4 at almost midnight. She had been “busy”. Then we were told the next morning that the incentives were removed, adding 50k to the cost. We believe she purposely didn’t reply or reach out because she told us in December that the incentives would be leaving sometime in January. Due to her unprofessionalism, we’re going to go with Bella Collina.

My wife and I just purchased our first home at Pulte Willow Ridge and had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process. We had such a pleasing experience with our Construction Manager Daniel & Sales Rep Tracy. They really made our Willow Ridge experience with Pulte in buying, building, engineering/craftsmanship, pre-closing, closing, basically everything such a pleasure. The experience is going to stay with us for long time & worthy of recommending Pulte. I would highly recommend speaking with Tracy if looking to buy Pulte homes at Willow Ridge and request to have Daniel as your Construction Manager/Supervisor.
We consider ourselves fortunate to have Tracy as buying process relationship manager and Daniel as our Construction Manager.

What a wonderful experience dealing with our sales person and construction manager! They were both warm, professional and courteous. They communicated with us in a timely manner and, Tim, our construction manager gave us weekly updates with photos. Kudos and thanks Tracy and Tim. Pulte has been incredible throughout the whole process, they had a slow start with the permitting process, but now construction is full on and things are moving quickly. Can’t wait to see how this beautiful community will look when it’s ready!

We highly recommend Pulte Home, we have a good experience during the entire process. Every single person in the Pulte team was very professional, nice and always ready to answer any questions. The construction time was exactly as we were told.
Tracy is a sweet heart and Jonathan Spencer our constructions manager is excellent on top of every single detail and beyond. We give him all the starts in the sky !
