Just had my 2nd service this week. I've had the pleasure of several conversations with Aaron the owner/operator. Unfortunately, I haven't had the opportunity to meet his crew yet. I've had great feedback from my my family who's been here during services.

I'm beyond pleased with the quality of service I've received thus far. Everything from the communication, thoughtfulness put into personal requests, and the actual lawn service is top tier.

My lawn is a combination of wild native plants, turf grass/weed combo, and landscaped native flowers. It's been a nightmare trying to communicate with lawn companies about what is a weed and what's not. I would do it myself but I suffer from migraines and heat is always a trigger. After losing my last lawn company who after several years did a decent job I called yardlove. I saw their sign on Crestwood Blvd and decided their name was cute. I fully expected to have to go through the same pain of explaining the same things several times and losing a ton of plants.

Aaron called to schedule the consultation and we ended up having a 40 minute conversation. Finding out he is educated in native plants, habitat restoration, and worked at Ruffner Mtn for 3 years pretty much sealed the deal right then. He incentivises his crew to learn natives and ornamental plants. It's genius and provides customers with a peace of mind and his employees the opportunity to grow.

The consultation took about 1.5 hours but I think that's because we talked so much about the plants, plans, and projects! He even mentioned my yard had everything needed to apply for a wildlife habitat certification. Which I'm planning on doing. He's also giving me a quote for a split rail fence surrounding the pocket prairie in my backyard.

This company is the real deal working to make Alabama and the Birmingham area better. I'm very happy to be a customer who is a part of that. When I find a company or product I really enjoy I recommend them to everyone under the sun. I hope I can send many more happy customers their way.

The Yard Love crew mowed my grass, pruned front shrubs and removed some unwanted shrubs. They arrived when scheduled, followed my instructions, and were courteous and professional. The price was reasonable with no unexpected costs. I would definitely recommend Aaron & his crew.

After receiving multiple recommendations for Yard Love I contacted them for my mother's yard. Aaron came to evaluate my mother's yard. For reference she has approximately 3 acres, is elderly, and most of the yard had been let go for many years. She was so embarrassed by her yard. She had a previous service that was charging her a lot of money, but was not doing any work. Aaron and his team spent more than entire day getting her yard under control, and will continue with routine yard maintenance. My mother was so excited to have her yard under control again, and was no longer embarrassed to face the neighbors. Yard Love really worked miracles at mother's house. He kept in constant communication with her, was upfront and honest about the work that needed to be done and the cost of that work. Would absolutely recommend over and over again!
