I contacted Cyn via her website when I decided to redo my yard. She contacted me quickly and we set up an appt to look at my space and discuss what I wanted. I had some ideas and features that I definitely wanted but also was happy to have her use her skills to create a beautiful space for me. She included some ideas that I had not considered and when she gave me the 3D diagram, I was very impressed and happy. We proceeded with the project and used the contractor that Cyn often works with. In my situation, that worked out very well since I had a lot of different features that all needed to mesh (irrigation, electric, gas, hardscape, etc). She worked with me to try to meet my budget as best she could. Cyn was present throughout the installation and quickly addressed any questions or concerns I had. Cyn continues to follow up and provide me with answers, advice and info. I am very happy with my new outdoor living space.

We recently had our landscaping redone, opting to replace much of our lawn with a rock garden and drought-tolerant plants. Cyn was responsible for all design aspects of the project, from conceptual development and 3-D model rendering, to plant selection and procurement, to oversight of the installation process. Renovating our backyard and frontyard was a huge decision that we didn't come to lightly, but we are so, so glad we made this investment for our family. We have two small kids, and we love being outside together. Our backyard was in very rough shape, but given the multiple levels of our backyard and a messy hillside, we were very stumped about what could make it better and more usable. Enter Cyn, who brainstormed with us and drafted incredible plans that included a new patio space, a fresh grassy area, and a fantastic play area for the kids. It's not only functional but so beautiful, and we've been absolutely delighted with the results. There's no way we could have done this without Cyn, and she partners with an incredible team that brought her vision to life. Cyn was on top of every tiny detail, answered our questions, and was just really fun to work with.

We decided to renovate our front yard as well, and the plans that Cyn drafted are the perfect compliment to our house. We love how inviting it’s made our house, and I’m already so excited to see it decorated for the holidays. My husband and I are so glad we made this investment for our family and it’s something we will enjoy for years to come.

My wife and I were looking to completely remodel our backyard to make it more functional for our growing family. We couldn’t be more thankful to have found Cyn at YesPlease.GARDEN, who was an absolute joy to work with! During our first walkthrough onsite, it was clear that Cyn would be a great collaboration partner. She listened carefully to our wish list and made suggestions along the way on how we could best make use of our backyard footprint. When we saw her proposed design, we were absolutely amazed with what Cyn had produced. Her 3D landscape design really helped us visualize the space and gave us the confidence to move forward with our project. From there, Cyn guided us step by step through the process of picking and sourcing materials.

When it came time for construction, Cyn was fantastic at project managing all aspects of the work. Cyn was frequently on site and checked in with us regularly, giving us a heads up on what tasks were scheduled and if there were decisions we needed to make. She was always responsive to our questions and had tight coordination with the installation team, Landscape Experts Inc. There was a point during the project that we were out of town for two weeks, which could have been nerve-racking had it not been for Cyn. She texted regular updates with progress photos and reassured us that things were progressing as expected.

When the project wrapped, we were thrilled with the end result. Cyn’s design gave us a modern outdoor living space that has completely changed the way we entertain and host social gatherings. We now spend much more time outside and all of our guests who have visited since the renovation have commented on how much Cyn’s design has completely transformed our backyard, as well as the quality of the workmanship.

We highly recommend working with Cyn on any landscape design project and we’re looking forward to partnering with her again when we remodel our front yard soon. Thanks again, Cyn!
