To say that I am thoroughly impressed as an understatement. I was quoted $68 per blade at a lawnmower shop in Middleburg and got the same blades here for my mower for $22 apiece. I saved enough money to actually buy a new weed eater from Zack. They supplied me with the tools and knowledge to do everything I need to do with this new weed eater. The woman at the desk Was very nice very knowledgeable and very helpful. This place has a customer in me from now on for sure. You can’t go wrong wrong using Zack’s.

Unfortunately I witnessed a very sad experience at this place.
I went to pick and item for my friend, while I was waiting, I see this person trying to purchase a lawnmower for $10,000 cash. But they denied the sale just because this person didn't have a florida license, he had a license from another state but they wanted a florida one.
Seriously?
I thought that was pretty crazy, since this person wasn't asking for a credit purchase.
** Responding to your comment, believe me I was there from the beginning to the end. If you are the owner, maybe you need to pay more attention to your employees. Maybe you are losing money because of a bad employee. There was a lady going back and forth to an office, asking "someone" and every time she came back she said the same thing. *It must be a Florida license*

Worst service experience. Bought a new Gravely mower and paid them to install the mulching kit and blades. 1 year later tried to remove the blades to sharpen and found they cross threaded one of the bolts with an impact. Brought the mower back to them and they said they would take care of it. 1 month later I got my mower back with a huge bill to replace the part they screwed up. On top of that they were completely rude about the entire experience.

They also sell the Stihl line products , chain saw edgers. large selection. They also have service technicians and a very knowledgeable parts department.
