Zona might well say that I was “ difficult” to please but when you are spending big bucks on your yard or garden and you love it as much as I do you want to be happy with the result. I had a very specific vision for the fountain I wanted but Zona didn’t have it and I couldn’t find it online anywhere. So I decided to go with a classic three tiered fountain which Zona did have. Andrew installed one I selected and I tried really hard to be happy with it. I wasn't but I decided I would make do. 6 months later I discovered that the same company that made my 3 tier fountain made a statue much like the one I had hoped for but it wasn’t plumbed to be a fountain. I wondered if they could make a statue like that that was plumbed and sure enough….the were willing to try to make a plumbed version of their statue I was delighted. And Zona kindly installed it under their one year satisfaction warranty taking the original one back and charging me only for the additional cost of the new one. I am a very happy customer now and I recommend Zona Fountains without hesitation to anyone in Tucson looking for a beautiful fountain.

Wow! I stopped in for a quick look on my way to the mall. I walked away with much appreciation for the works of art they carry and brought home two metal agave with unique markings as souvenirs. Very nice selection of fountains too. Would love to comeback for a fountain.

Amazing selection fountains, most of them running so you can really get the look and feel of the piece. Also some of the best prices on pottery in the metro area. Helpful and friendly staff. Check this place out and support local!

I’m impressed with a company that supports the products they sell and Zona Fountains does just that. We purchased a Balancing Rings Fountain several years ago and was disappointed with the UV damage to the acrylic tubes. We visited the store and they came up with a win-win solution. We ordered (no deposit required) a repair kit with copper tubes. It’s beautiful and we couldn’t be more pleased with the process including the timeliness of the repair/ upgrade. There are only a few businesses in Southern Arizona that truly seem a five star review; Zona Fountains are deserving.

Have shopped there twice now. Customer service was beyond top notch. Always friendly and helpful, even offered water while we were walking around.
Selection of pots are unique and interesting. Haven’t seen many of them anywhere else (we have been searching high and low to make a pot garden).

Rather expensive. But they were having a sale in pottery section. I plan to build my own fountain anyway, so that was okay. They need to carry more pumps and diy parts and pieces for fountains. No solar fountain pumps! Very small selection of pumps in general.

Looking for some yard art and a fountain. Stopped by Zona Fountains just expecting to look around. They were very friendly and had quality items. We ended up ordering a fountain and bringing home this beautiful wind mill same day.
