My late husband and I did business with Bill's Midway Marina for 10 years. When it came time to sell our boat, they were the WORST! After 3 months of them attempting (supposedly) to sell our boat, my son posted just one ad on Faceboat Market Place and received 26 calls. They sabotage two of the calls that were made to try to set up appointments saying negative things about the boat. They were horrible! Be careful! Thanks to them I had to make two - 4 hour trips over from Cleveland. I could drill down more on how TERRIBLE their customer service and hostle attitude was, but I'm just glad we're done with them! JUST BE CAREFUL!!

My family has a home on Chautauqua Lake, we had brought our Mastercraft here for service (being the closest to our lake). After towing the boat to Bills, walking in we were immediately greeted with a sense of 'why are you here'? It took them 6+ weeks to service our boat. When checking in, they explained to us because we were not residents of Conneaut Lake, we were considered a "street boat" and would not be prioritized over residents who needed service done well after the point we had dropped our boat off. Why run a Mastercraft dealership if you only cater to local residents and treat other Mastercraft owners as if they don't belong. I would rather tow my boat 6 hours to Action Marina in Michigan and deal with professionals and folks who genuinely care about Mastercraft owners vs. deal with this 'clicky' group. Never before have I been spoken down to on the phone when simply calling to check on the status of our boat. We will no longer bring our boat here, and the sad thing, that will actually make this group happy.

I highly recommend! Excellent customer service from the entire family. We purchased a pre-owned boat and were treated as if we were buying the top of line new boat. This family owned business got it right in our book! From sale to close of purchase. Bottom line they treated us like family and for our first boat buying experience ill never forget their kindness. Lastly Michelle is a must on all test drives!

If I could give them a zero, I would. Both Michelle and her father, Bill, told us we never had to come back there again…mind you we bought a brand new Barletta pontoon boat and it had a few issues and they were hell to deal with. Finally got satisfaction from the Barletta rep.
My husband was much more civil to them then I would have ever been from the get-go. We tried to buy a Barletta in Akron, and they would not sell to us, since we have a Pennsylvania dealership approximately the same distance away from us. Well, I guess we’ll never buy another Barletta, because we are never dealing with bills Midway marina again.

Great family owned business. I purchased a used boat from a seller that purchased new from them.
I had to be patient, but they were in communication with me the entire time. Honesty and experience.

I had a trailer accident my first boating weekend. Even on Father’s Day Todd and Bill were there ready to serve. Made a bad situation much better and I am a forever customer!
