I had a great experience with the staff and service. I had a new generator installed by Reliable and they sent your firm (out of Margate, Fl.) to fill our tank. The tech, David Fuentes was informative and did an awesome job. He informed me he was short on gas and would return to top off the tank in the near future. Matilde Irías in the office also did a wonderful job in keeping me updated, and explained all professionally.

This company should be avoided. Their customer service stinks. They sent me a "service diagnostic check bill for 175.00 for their garbage defective equipment leased to me. I've decided to rid myself of their abusive billing. There are other companies that provide gas at less costly charges that are easier to deal with.

Blossman Gas sets the bar high for customer service. In preparation for hurricane Milton, we noticed that the propane tank for our generator was almost empty. We called Blossman Gas and Matilde walked us through the new customer process. In only a few minutes, we had all required documentation emailed to us and approved shortly after. The very next day (with a hurricane forecast to impact us in less than 48 hours) their safety inspector was on site to make sure our existing equipment was good to go. I was already impressed they made it out so quickly for the inspection, but less than 2 hours after that the truck was on site filling our tank!

I highly recommend reaching out to Blossman Gas (specifically Matilde) if you need propane delivered to your home.

I have had Blossman Gas for 15 years, just signed another 2 year contract, prices went up of course. I asked for service and they want to charge $175 to just diagnose the problem, won't go toward the invoice to fix. Just ridiculous. Thank for the terrible customer service. Wish I didn't sign back up with them.
