I wish all government agencies were run like the Marion County Property Appraiser's Office. It would be great to have Mr. Cowan as our Govenor or President.

My first contact was with Joe who was professional, friendly and unbelievably helpful. I then met with Mr. Gary who was extraordinary as a person and representative of the Property Appraisers Office; he was knowledgable, professional and clearly loved people. One day later I received a call from Mr. Woods who timely reviewed the issues and had a fair resolution. I would rate all three as a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5.

Incredible helpful staff. Lori at the Marion Co Property Appraisers office was very professional, immediately knew the answers to my questions, was so patient with my hearing challenges, happy to repeat anything until she knew I was clear on explaining it all in simple terms that I could understand. Also Lori directed me to the forms online to get a letter to send my mortgage company to ensure my homestead exemption was picked up for this next tax year to make sure my tax escrow was up to date - and helped me with the information to generate the letter to print it out. Lori was the best help I can recall having from any company. Thanks Lori 🙂 You are a true asset to the Property Appraisers office. Also Glenn in the appraiser's office was also so through and helpful in answering questions about my home value. What great people we have working in our Marion County Property Appraiser's offices. I called in on Thursday and spoke with Glenn, he answered all my questions with kindness. I assured him I would be in the next day. Friday the lines were very long, but I remember Glenn telling me to come to the front of the line because I was going to the Property Appraiser Office as they were going to a different office. I did that without a problem.

I sat with Crystal, when I told her my name, she said Glenn informed her that I would be there, and she was expecting me. (How special is that!) It was a wonderful visit, very caring and professional on both parts. I can't remember the last time, I felt important and was treated such.

If more people in the world were like Glenn and Crystal I promise you it would be awesome! Thank you both so much! God bless you for your kindness.
