Good product, lots of options, did the job, not terribly expensive and you can buy material to sew yr own. One big problem was the inability to accurately see the dif materials and colors on their site. One Iddy bitty swatch means the product is going to be a bit of a surprise. I got lucky with my pick. (The seat bottoms are replacements)

Exceeded my expectations. Better than the original. Exceptional work and a very good price. I sew outdoor furniture cushions. The cost for me redoing my Tropitone chaise lounges and dining chairs would have cost considerably more for me to do the work. The stitching and measurements were very well done and spot on. I have since sent friends to OPS to re-sling their outdoor furniture. Also had placemats made to match the new slings. Wish they made table runners.

We ordered patio chair sling replacements. The product was very good quality and it was extremely nice to have all the info right there on the website about how to measure and how to put them on. I ordered 2 Woodard - chaise lounge patio sling sets and they were a perfect replacement for the worn out and torn slings that were originally on my chaise lounge.

The replacement material may even be better than the original since they don’t seem to stretch as much when you sit on it. I haven’t noticed any sag in the material and I’ve had them for one full summer in the Chicago area.

I knew the exact brand and model of my chaise lounge, so it was very easy for me to select what I needed. The web site includes very good instructions on how to remove the old slings and how to install the new ones. You will need some specific tools in order to install them, which you can buy from Outdoor Patio Supply or pick up elsewhere.

Overall the slings were perfect and they were delivered within the time frame they promised.

We ordered replacement slings for our 4 Tropitone patio lounge chairs. The process was simple and the delivery arrived on schedule. With a little help from YouTube the installation was straight forward and we now have chairs that are as good as new. The quality of the slings appear to be very high...although time will tell. So far we're very satisfied with the product.

Needed replacement slings and parts for some old Winston patio chairs. The frames were in great condition, but everything else needed an upgrade. Had several emails with the store before we ordered to be sure we were measuring correctly. Held my breath until my order arrived. Everything was perfect and great quality! I was first hesitant to try the sling replacement, but glad I decided to tackle the project. I would suggest calling and discuss directly, since the customer service representative Flor, was able to identify the style of my furniture and knew the exact dimensions to order. The final results were incredible. So glad I decided to replace. See before(2nd photo) and after photos (1st photo).
