I just bought Murad product at Sephora last week. And today I used, the smell so terrible. After that I check the date and exp on Feb. I came there to talk with seller and she was so rude like she just want to kick me out as soon as possible.She asked me want to change the other one, I said yes and when I checked all of them expired. Even some expired 2023 but still selling. Be carefully and need to check before you buy.Very poor customer service.

If I could I would give it no stars. The store Manager Emma K and Angel the Sephora manager is very incompetent. I was given a store credit at their store. I was told I never purchased any product in that store it was a gift card. They never acknowledge my card. and never resolved my issue. I have proof I was in the store. Bank statement and my Sephora account. I will be very careful returning a product.

I would NOT recommend going to this sephora to purchase anything! I didn't realize they won't refund your money if you purchase makeup here and you can't use the gift card at a regular sephora you have to use it at the kohls , and they do not have the same brands or as many different options that a regular Sephora would have. I'm very disappointed.

Couldn’t even make a simple sephora return here because I bought it at another Sephora and this Sephora is under a kohls computer system. Why even have a Sephora here if you can return items unless you bought it here?!

I go to this Sephora if I put off ordering online to the point that I am out of product, usually foundation, this location is much closer than the town center. They are hit or miss with having what I need. However, Jeff is always helpful and when they didn’t have the product I needed in a pinch, he hooked me up with enough of it in sample form to hold me over until my online order would arrive. He saved the week for me!

I had the luck of the absolute sweetest young lady Jasmyn help me today she stopped me from buying an awful product and turned me on to something that was so much better the brand is Rare Beauty and the tinted moisturizer and concealer I got were perfect match and I couldn’t be happier! I am new to the area and I don’t have many friends here yet and I truly felt like I was hanging out with a girlfriend! The gentleman at the cash register was also above and beyond kind! They are a great team! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Prices are a bit higher than other places. Some products were almost completely gone and the register lady was nice but when I spent $100 on a perfume and asked about some free samples she said you can only get them online. This is incorrect because last time I was at the store the other lady gave me samples and told me they have plenty in the drawer. I love that they did not bug me while I was trying perfumes but I think in this type of business it would have been nice to have someone approach you and ask if you needed help. I went back and forth in and out of the store 3 times because I could not make up my mind and some help would have been great. Ladies were not busy at all, as a matter of fact, I was the only one in the store when they opened the first 40 minutes and the young lady at the register was not even doing anything.

Went in about 18 minutes before close bc I knew I was going in for one particular product, got in the car to realize I grabbed the yellow bottle instead of the tan bottle and the lady at the counter was very nice and let me switch it last minute. She also helped me sign up and gave me the birthday item because it was my birthday week! Great customer service!
