AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Sea Grapes were INFESTED WITH APHIDS!!!!

I ordered 14 Sea Grapes that were '3-gallon' and listed as '1-2 feet'

Not only are 0 of 14 over 10 inches, but every single plant was infested with Aphids.

I call the entire week and left Voicemails trying to get ahold of this nursery and I never once received a call back, nor did they answer the phone. After seeing Matt's review, I wanted to make sure the Sea Grapes were appropriate size before they were sent out for delivery, but unfortunately, there was no way for me to get in touch with them and then I just got a text saying they were being delivered. They dont take pictures and show you the plants for approval before delivery like they/she advertises. They dont have a 30-Day guarantee, like she advertises.

Absolute joke. Clearly she bit off a little more than she could chew, unlike the thousand aphids on my plants.

Plants show up infested with aphids, obvious that these should be in 1 gal pots, but nonetheless, I tipped the driver $20 because this shouldnt fall on him.

Reached out via text since she wont answer the phone and showed her the pics I am posting here and she just told me 1-2' is the average height. Welp, not 1 fell within average. Of course they will grow, they are plants. I guess I'll throw these in the woods and go spend another $250 on others.

I love my Chinese fan palm that I had delivered from Smartie Plants Nursery! They sent me a picture first which nobody else does, the plant arrived in perfect condition big and beautiful. Can't wait to plant it in the ground but for now it's hanging out on my porch and I love looking at it everyday. I'm going to be buying more trees from Smartie Plants for sure!

I ordered 3 gallon sea grapes that should be 1-2ft tall. I received 6" plants (the same size as the 1 gallon plants). The sea grapes are comically small. Some are just two small leaves. I messaged SmartyPlants and was told they're small but they'll grow. Of course they will–they're plants. Had I ordered a 50 gallon and they sent the 1 gallon would they say the same thing? The larger plants cost more because they are more mature. That's what I was paid for but didn't get. Working with my credit card company now to get a refund for the difference between the 1 gallon and 3 gallon plants. This sucks because I really wanted this to work. The other plants are overall healthy, and the installation was good, too.
