It is hard to describe in words how grateful I am to have found Sonny’s Marine. Not only their services are top-notch, but also their customer care is amazing, unrivaled. I appreciate all the time, attention, and work that Steve, Kyle, and Shelby had with me and my boat.

I bought a Highfield RIB without an engine out of the state. The boat was delivered unassembled. Later, I discovered (from the Highfield General Manager) that the boat should have been assembled by the Highfield dealer before being delivered to the customer. Sonny’s Marine received a boat fully disassembled and without an engine. In less than a week, they were able to carefully assemble the boat, rigging the engine, and deliver it in an impeccable condition. They even took their time to reach out to Highfield for proper assembly instruction (assemble steps, torque specs, etc.). During all this time, they kept me informed with daily status updates and thoroughly answered my questions.

Stellar group of guys! Truly a great experience working with them, very thorough with their work and great customer service! Kyle is easy to talk to and communicates openly with any and all progress on services. The technicians are great as well! They have a Yamaha Master Technician here! If you have a Yamaha outboard definitely take it here, these guys do 100 hour services, repower, and anything involving your engine! There aren't enough good things to say about Sonny's Marine Center!

I recently purchased a new Yamaha 115 VMAX SHO from Sonny’s Marine. I called Sonny’s because of their good reputation and length of time in business. I spoke with the owner, Keith, and he gave me a very competitive quote. Kyle, the parts and sales manager gave me great advice with setting up the controls gauges as well as overseeing the whole process. The install team was also excellent to deal with. The installer for my boat was Logan. He demonstrated pride of workmanship and attention to detail. Danny also assisted in this process by taking the boat out for a late test. With all his experience he confirmed everything was perfect! Next step….Time to settle up. No surprises here! All the numbers were as quoted. Just a great experience from start to finish! These folks are awesome! Easy to schedule an appointment and completed all the work as promised. Price quotes up front so no surprises. The staff was friendly and basically handled unhooking my boat trailer upon arrival and hooked it up when I arrived to pickup my boat. They took time to go over the work I requested and answered all my questions about future work and upgrades. I really couldn't have asked for more. I travel a long way to go the Sonny's Marine passing lots of other marine service businesses, I will continue to do so. I highly recommend them for any of your boating needs.

Sonny's service is amazing! Recently, our boat engine required warranty repairs and had been sitting at another Yamaha dealer for nearly three weeks. This other dealership still didn't have the part required to make the repair, and we were getting ready to leave for a family Gulf Coast trip. I was beyond frustrated and picked up our boat. On the way home I decided to stop at Sonny's to see if there was anything they could do to help. They took a quick look at the boat, ordered the part (with overnight shipping), scheduled my service for the day after the part was to arrive, and fixed my boat as promised. Thanks to Kyle and Danny who said they understand the importance of a family trip, and I can't thank them enough for saving it. Sonny's will be the only place we take our Yamaha engine for future repairs.
