I saw a bunch of negative reviews, but wouldn’t agree with most of them. Yes, we waited for 4 months to move in, yes, there’s still construction going on, but we received 2 free months + almost 3 weeks of paid hotel stays (literally free housing up $100/hr) before moving in, so I think the company did their best to make amends for delays. This is a new ambitious company and I wish you luck! Thank you for building in North Miami, we like this place! Speaking of apartment: it’s soundproof, nice and clean, has panoramic windows, fair price

Thanks for building an obstruction to the sunset. Really good job creating “affordable housing” for residents of North Miami and gentrifying a beautiful neighborhood. I wish the young adults who were born and raised here could graduate from North Miami Senior High and get their own place here, but sadly many aren’t living the experience of having generational wealth. I hope the people moving to the area are willing to be key players in maintaining a community and not just driving their luxury vehicles around fetishizing poverty and “the vice city life”.

I recently moved from out of state to the Miami area with no idea what to expect. Moving itself is stressful, moving to a place you never been to from a long distance is another level. Thankfully, moving here to The Gardens Residences eased a lot of that tension. My apartment is fantastic, with plenty of natural lighting, up to date appliances and a modern yet cozy feel to it. The community of other tenants here are friendly and welcoming.

And finally, the team that works here is phenomenal. They are attentive to issues, as there’s been numerous times I needed something from them and they helped me out on the spot. Most importantly, they care, and everyone is super kind and genuine. All of this combined has made my transition to South Florida that much smoother and I thank the team for that. I look forward to what the future has in store for this community.

I was one of the first people to sign a lease back in March 2024 for a move in date of June 1st. Unfortunately construction and permitting took much longer than expected so now we are finally moving on on Sept 17th.

I want to thank Lori and the leasing team for their support and understanding during this 4month delay. While the delay was out of their control and entirely not their fault, they did everything they could to help me in the meantime. Specifically - Lori moved my move in date at my request several times when my plans kept changing, she was easy to reach and keeping me informed all the way. For the last two weeks they’ve offered to reimburse me for the hotel fees up to a $100/day which they were not required to do by the contract.

Last week I got to walk into the lobby, meet some people from the team and see the unit right below mine. I’m super excited to finally move in and be over with the uncertainty and wait. I’ll keep my review updated if my experience changes but so far I have good feeling about this place and the team behind it

This apartment building exceeds all expectations. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, even at night.

The building is impeccable. The common areas are clean. The staff is very nice and helpful.

My apartment is spacious, modern, and full of natural light. The appliances are high-quality, and the layout is both practical and stylish.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home this is it.

The staff is amazing! They really work with their residents to ensure they have the best experience possible. The units are brand new, beautiful, cozy and also spacious compared to other apartments in Miami.

I love this new condo, specially because there's a smoke shop 2 blocks away called blessed headshop! It's the best one I've ever been to, it's so complete and has every little thing to make like this apartment even mkre.

They have very few black people living there and don't want any more of us there. Hispanics with only a letter stating that a lived one is responsible for paying their rent gets approved, while black people with ligit paystubs get denied for senseless reasons. That's sad.
